Return Window
Please send us the parcel within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged piece and packaging.
  • Borvell will cover all delivery costs for damaged items.
  • You will receive a total refund for damaged pieces, or a replacement if you prefer.

Exchange Process

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging.
  • Send the parcel to our return address within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Customer-Caused Returns
For returns due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or other non-defective reasons, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

How to Start a Return
